You may return any unused and unopened products within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund.

All returned items must be in their original packaging and condition, with all tags and seals intact. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe and timely delivery of your return. Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please note:
We cannot accept returns on opened or used products for hygiene reasons, unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
